can any one explain this so im siting across from my house in courtland about 10 minuts of the hudson right next to rout 9 about a year ago at 130 in the morning and my friends siting next to me and our friend is standing infront of us talking and all the suden what looked like three fire works takeing off came across the sky in a angle heading down excep they left no trail behind they didnt make any noise and they never exploaded it was almost like a shooting stare bur maybe 90 ft above us and it was so close it lit up my street so much that our friend with his bak to it turned around

Red and green lights? Are you sure it wasn’t an airplane? Those are aircraft navigational light configurations. Normally red white green. How big was the craft and did you see if it was triangular or wedge shaped? Did anyone take pictures?

i saw it on sept.03.2010 on the taconic i was heading south about 9:45pm going to work it was about 1 mile north of the croton resavor. there were about 15 cars on the road with me and i know they all saw it to we all slowed down to what this things was. the triangle with red and green lights was just hoovering the toconic.

The Boomerang is still appearing as of this date
(Decmber 2009) I have seen this craft many times since May 2004–it was visible to many,yet the media is ignoring it and nobody seems to want to talk about it. I plan to photograph it as soon as I can get another good sighting.

I just saw a Hudson Valley type UFO on the PA Turnpike while heading west near the Plymouth Meeting exit Fri Mar 27 2009 11:19 PM. Sighting lasted 3-5 minutes and could have been mistaken for an aircraft except that the 3lights were too bright and non-blinking. The object seemed to be stationary or barely drifting (<10mph)totally silent and seemed to be missing a fuselage but a boomerang outline of “wings” could be seen as it went directly over me at approx. 1000 ft heading east.

My brother has a retired friend, who was bored, and took up taxi driving in the Albany area. He states that taxi drivers going up and down the Taconic Parkway have reported sightings again of the boomerang in Fall 2008.
